Payments through these modes are considered IILEGAL in our country. We cannot use this system of payment for the commercial purpose.

It is NOT SAFE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, as the payment cannot be returned from our end, also the Customer CANNOT CLAIM for his/her money legally.

While you transfer the payment please ensure that the payment is sent in USD from your end bank. If your bank sends the transfer to middle bank in

like HSBC /AMEX the funds shall be transferred in Indian currency NEFT. In this case we are unable to trace the amount immediately because of other local transactions made in our account daily in our local currency. Our staff shall be enquiring only the USD/EURO transactions to our bank.

Usually it shall take THREE TO FOUR WORKING DAYS (INDIAN) takes to receive the transfer from your bank.

If you feel it takes too late to credit your payment, you can send a mail to us mentioning the amount and you can make a request to your bank to recall the amount which you

All duties and taxes applicable to the destination nation are to be paid by the CUSTOMER ONLY. We charge only for the shipping charges in our Performa Invoice with DOESNOT INCLUDE taxes/duties.

Our products are made from 100% remy hair, It HAS NO CHANCES OF TANGLING.

This occurs only

(i)USAGE WITH NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO HANDLE Remy hair products.

(ii) Customers from select countries who use Chemically Processed (not remy) hair do not face this problem.

Machine wefted products sent by us are stitched using 3 HEAD WEFTING MACHINES, THEN GLUED AND ADDITIONALLY STITCHED. Therefore there is NO CHANCE OF SHEDDING.

All products sent by our firm is 100% remy hair, so it can be processed further and can be subjected to parlor treatment.

Generally the time for shipping the goods is around 3 – 4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment. It may take lesser / greater time depending on the Customer specifications.

Delay in shipments may be due to one of the following reasons:

(i).  Because of non availability of selected hairs like curly, weavy, etc.

(ii). Due to postponements of hair auctions.

(iii).Unseasonable timing (November / December).

(iv).Unpredictable Local Climatic Conditions (Rain/ Storm).

(v). Festivals and National Holidays
